The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance of Ayala center, a big mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. There are also many eateries nearby, including BurgerKing just a 3-minute walk away. the hotel is situated in an area with convenience stores, making it easy to grab any necessities.
The initial interaction with the staff upon arrival. It seemed as though they were judging us and there were some misunderstandings regarding our payment and room upgrade.

The room upgrade was splendid, with generous pillows for comfort. Friendly, accommodating staff. Nice view and spacious Family Suite. Well-designed bathroom. Comfy bed, soft pillows. Relatively quiet despite main road. Good air conditioning. Near new food outlet complex.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ayala center, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The staff were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The room had a nice view and was spacious, with a well-designed bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the hotel had good amenities and a decent breakfast buffet.
Can't fault anything about it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained and super clean. Another aspect we enjoyed was the convenient location, being just minutes away from a popular shopping mall and offering easy access to various attractions in the area.
Although our overall experience at this hotel was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks.
